    >> In the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" section, choose TLS as type of encrypted connection, it will use 25 as outgoing server port; similarly, you can also choose SSL as encrypted connection and type 465 as outgoing server port. Finally, click on OK button.

  • Now, when you return to the Add Account dialog, check Automatically test account settings when Next is clicked, and then click Next.
  • MS Outlook will be testing the account settings you entered. If every information that you have provided is right then, it will successfully log onto the server and send test e-mail messages. Then click Close.
